Jaipur Rugs has been felicitated with TiE QGLUE, Design-Led Entrepreneurship Award 2017. The award was announced jointly by TiE and QGLUE (the design venture of QAI) . This award is very special for Jaipur Rugs as it recognizes entrepreneurial ventures that are driven by ‘responsible design’ and an ‘empathy driven approach of doing business’.
Responsible Design is all about being more aware of the “human-centered” approach, shaping new businesses, conceptualizing valuable innovation and being a part of the venture that forever has empathy, responsibility and sustainability as the core essence of the organization. This award was about the ventures that embrace attributes and values of design thinking.
The ceremony was held on 15th – 16th December, 2017 at TiEcon Summit, Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi.
