At the 2019 European Product Design Awards, Sawan ke Leheriya - a vibrant creation by artisans Parvati Devi and Bhagchand from Jaipur Rugs' Artisan Originals collection- won Bronze in the Home Interior Products: Textiles/Floor Coverings category. Inspired by the rhythmic patterns of Rajasthan’s monsoon season, the rug reimagines the traditional leheriya motif in a contemporary palette. This accolade celebrates the artisans' ability to weave cultural heritage into modern design, exemplifying the fusion of tradition and innovation.
