Position:
Cluster Coordinator
Minimum 5-7 years
experience in social sector.
Job Responsibilities:
The Cluster Coordinator
would be responsible for:
>
Lead and
coordinate the implementation of project activities at the cluster level
to steer the program and provide technical assistance to clusters.
>
Work
closely with the project team for identification of clusters level,
short listing and selecting the geographic spread of the cluster,
documentation, reporting, monitoring & evaluation activities.
>
Responsible for maintaining relations and routine coordination with
cooperatives, societies, SHGs and implementing counterparts including
local NGOs.
>
Assist
the Project Team in developing training and learning methodologies,
facilitating trainings and workshops.
>
Conduct
and co-ordinate field visits to monitor program activities and be
responsible for data collection related to MIS.
>
Work
closely with government counterparts in Ministry of Finance and
Economic.
>

>
Innovative, able to take risks and able to lead or participate in change
to keep operations working. Practical solution oriented.
>
Master’s
degree in social science, development studies, economics, business
administration and management or related discipline.
