Inorder to
understand the current trends and our performance, we
follow the rules below:
1. Regular monitoring by implementing staff,
supervisors
We tend to monitor daily progress of the trained weavers
and the training modules undertaken by the teams to
train unemployed or underprivileged artisans.
2. Half yearly review of the project
Each project undertaken in various villages or districts
are reviewed by the Area commanders to know how far the
goals are achieved and whether the activities undertaken
will achieve the desired results.
3. Process evaluation at the end
When a project is completed, the set of sequences of
activities determines a process. Each of them is
reviewed to analyze what went wrong, where and how it
will be rectified.
4. Project reporting on regular basis
Our in-house team reports on a monthly basis about the
status of each project across various districts and
villages in India.
5. Financial monitoring
Funds are monitored through full-fledged accounts and
ledger books.
