Our
philosophy is quite simple. We work with people because
we respect their potential and desire for growth and
development. An effective and efficient alternative to
the prevailing system of rural development is to make
people skilled enough to command a better standard of
living. We believe in teaching them how to fish and not
giving them a fish to eat for the day. The effort is to
evolve convergence, cooperation and a greater sense of
ownership amongst people by removing gaps between their
perception and behavior.
