Job Description/ Key Responsibility Areas:
The position is to lead the functions of the Jaipur Rugs
Foundation:
• Developing the strategy for the foundation (JRF)
• Liaise with funding agencies
• Development of Human Resource in JRF
• Plan the structure for JRF
• Define the processes for JRF
• Understand the vision and philosophy of the founder and implement the
above in line with the same.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 8 – 15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in development sector, especially in the field of livelihood
• Good listening skills and observation skills
• Experience in a High growth environment
• Demonstrated leadership capability; Ability to handle a team of minimum
20 people.
• Analytical bent of mind, and foresightedness
• Organized and detail oriented
