Job Responsibilities:
The Fund Raising Manager would be responsible
for:
• Identify, list and document suitable potential donor
organizations
• Write fund raising project proposal, raise fund,
liaise with donor organizations including donor
reporting
• Act as facilitator in bringing together the
organizations and prospective agencies for funding,
donations, grant, loan as
well
as participation in kind through material, manpower,
knowledge or facilities.
• Prepare fund raising strategy for the organization and
execute the same
• Establishing Linkages and facilitating public relation
and liaison at National and International level with all
such
agencies, bodies and individuals.
• Build up internal fund-raising capability through
training.
• Create strategic relationships with appropriate
partners for long term sustainability
Essential Values, Behaviors and Skills
• MBA, Post
Graduate Diploma in Management
• 3-5 Years experience in fund raising
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Proficient user of internet and all Microsoft Office
applications. Understand role and use of internet for
fundraising.
• Good public speaking and presentation skills
• Ability to make contacts and maintain relationships
with corporate organization, government agencies and
departments, charities, nongovernmental organizations
and individuals
• Excellent interpersonal and PR skills |
