mobilization.

Job Responsibilities:
• Mobilize community and ensure community participation
in ongoing project
• Organize target community in various community based
organization structure specially SHG, cluster and their
federation.
• Regular follow up, monitoring and supervision of field
staff responsible for field operation.
• Identify areas of training for SHG members and project
staff.
• Liaison with internal and external resource person for
organizing skill development trainings.
• Develop in house team of Resource Persons/Trainers to
deliver training to SHG Members at the project site
• Take special initiative to further strengthen the SHGs
such as microfinance, artisan cards, health services,
advance
tool
kits etc.
Desired Profiles
• Professional with master degree in Social Work/Rural
Development/ Rural Management from reputed institutions.
• At least 3-5 years of progressive exposure in
community mobilization.
• Have a thorough knowledge, understanding and
experience of working with the rural and urban poor
community in the
context of livelihoods and enterprise development.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good computer skills, especially the use of MS-Office
application software (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Proven analytical, documentation and report writing
skill.
• Strong commitment to helping the poor and marginalized
sectors of our society.
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
in local languages are required.
