Job Responsibilities:
• Liasoning with departments of Interest (both
non-government & government) for funding & cluster
developmental work.
• Capacity Building of team
• To look after all administrative activities at different branches and
site.
• Responsible for preparing legal documents.
• Acquire, build and maintain a list of donors with whom external
engagement has to be managed.
• Support specific programs / departments by ensuring requisite
information material for the same are available
internally.
• Networking with organizations and developing strategic partnerships.
• Supporting the New Business Development Manager in proposal development
aligning to the overall organizational growth and the
donor basket
• Project reporting to Government

• Stream-lining and executing multiple projects that are being run by
JRF/JRCPL or the projects.
• Project proposal writing

• Educational background- MSW
• Should have at least 3-7 years of experience in social sector.
